I am so grateful to know that and to be able to teach my children that. We've been talking a lot about it lately...even more than usual. Lennie's mom is not doing well. In fact, today they took her off most of her medications and moved her to a hospice facility where they will to thier best to keep her comfortable. It's been 4+ months since she went in to the hospital, and medically, there is not anything more they can do for her. Her fever continues to spike, they cannot control the infections even with the strongest antibiotics, and now her kidneys have totally shut down again.
One good thing about hospice is that now the kids can go see her. They haven't been allowed in the hospital or nursing home for about 2 months because of RSV, etc. Not sure how the next days (or weeks?) are going to go, but if you could keep us in your thoughts and prayers I am sure we'll feel the comfort from it.
I love our family, and I am thankful we have knowledge of the beautiful plan of salvation, what a great gift from our Heavenly Father.

Our prayers are with you. You're kids are so lucky they get to know both there grandmas. We never had the chance.
Keep us posted! Shannon is right, and it's good that they get to see her these last few months or weeks or days. We will keep you all in our prayers.
We are thinking of your family and praying for you too. It may be hard, but this is also a great time to teach your kids about how families really ARE forever.
Thanks for letting us know so we can pray for you! I am also thankful for Eternal Families and for the experiences we have that allow us to teach the principle to our kids ( a remember it ourselves) in a whole new way.
PS - How is Len's Dad doing? How old is Len's mom?
