A day at the Phoenix Zoo

Rebecca and I took our kids to the zoo today while our husbands were at work. Zayah got to ride a camel but I think his favorite part is the monkeys!! I have been telling him about the zoo and all the animals that we can see there for about a week now and when I asked him if he wanted to go he said "no scary" in the cutest little voice. I don't think he was scared at all today =) I thought of the Gustins often as we walked around. It brought back a lot of fun memories of going to the zoo with you. I took a Picture of the baby orangutan, Asia, so you can see how big she is getting. She will be 3 in January. We miss you and can't wait until the day we can go with you again. Until then If anyone would like to go to the zoo we would love to go with you. =) I am so glad Rebecca and her family are back in Arizona to share good times. We wore the kids out today they both went to bed early =) I love it!

I almost cried when I read this post! I have been feeling a little homesick for some Arizona sunshine and thinking about ALL the days we spent at the zoo there. What great times. I hope Brody and Tallie don't feel cheated, I don't think they even remember the Phoenix Zoo. I am glad you had a great time!
