One thing we really miss about being around our large Arizona family is our super fun uncles! So it was perfect that Uncle Chad came for a visit! They pinned him in no time and had a blast doing it! Carli was having fun with it for a bit and then felt bad for Chad and started trying to protect him - it was so cute! Even though it had almost been a year since the kids had seen Chad and Mindy there was no warming back up, they loved them right away.

You're right, we totally miss our Aunts, grandparents, cousins, friends, etc...
That totally reminds me of when Bruce was the young uncle and all the kids would pile on him. It is cool to see the tradition passing to the next generation.
I think Chad loves it as much as the kids :0)

We miss you guys to. I can't wait to restart the 4th of July tradition again. (minus the mean fishing trip hikes)
