I know that Todd won't read this cause there is no picture, but for the rest of you I want to anounce that the offer has been accepted on my new placce. As long as the inspection gose well, I should close on the 18th of Aug. It is a cute one story house in east mesa. (crimon and broadway) with all pergo and tile floors, voulted ceelings, two car garage and a nice size back yard. it has 3 bedrooms and two baths and I am so very excited about it. can't wait for you all to se it. Now for the furniture and stuff that I need. yikes!
